The corporate employees earned Customer Service training and their certification of participation recently at Al Moalem Institute (AMI), January 13 -16, 2018.
The said course scoped the importance of customer service in the business wherein the trainees gained the effective communication skills, how to solve customer problems through adopting a methodical approach, practical applications according to international best practices, quality and productivity from the perspective of excellence.
One of the trainees pointed out that the training program would be an advantage for him as a Customer Relations Officer.
Another corporate employee, Ms. Fatima from a customer service department quoted that she gained something new and learning how to meet customers’ needs is what she loved the most throughout the training period.
Furthermore, the Customer Service Manager Mr. Husain Al Qaidoom also said that he learned the best ways to deal with customers and difficult characters. He also said that the course was very realistic in a positive picture which their trainer reviewed the real experiences together with his fellow trainees through examples.
